The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from our side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.

We will contact you on your email ID or call on your provided contact number if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
It happens that the products that you order sometimes remain out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence, we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered, we may cancel the order on the same or the next day and will inform you the same. We also make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time, you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account if applicable as per the situations are given below.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where nurserynitra.com has erroneously sent you a wrong item/ colour /size.
